Using the leading NVG technology Leading Edge Media successfully filmed New Zealand’s first Night Air-to-Surface Missile launch from a chase helicopter and used on-board camera's. A challenging job, as we had one chance to capture the firing, no prior experience with the technology, a moonless night and no reference lighting - but with our testing beforehand and experience there were no hitches.



As part of the contract we produced, coordinated and distributed footage to all the TV news networks. We successfully achieved coverage on the major news channels and online newspapers as well.
